oaky dokey

30th Oct.
Running out of titles for Botanics trips. It was getting easier to book the online time slots to visit the Botanics. (Fewer folk bothering to go at this time of the year.) So whenever the sun shone (if off work) I'd book a slot, print out the ticket and jump on my bike. Kinda hoping for a daftie late butterfly that might have seen the sun and popped out for a quick snack on a few of the last flowers in town. I'd check the verbena, ceratostigma minus and scabious and a couple of other spots but generally try to focus on the fabulous Autumn leaves and not get too frustrated about the lack of butterflies.

trying to be as laid back as this chap (and failing)

I have recently decided the Reg Butler sculpture is best
