gullagain

18th Oct.
Another Sunday, another Gullane run. The weather was spectacularly unmemorable. The most striking thing I can recall from this trip was Graeme turned up on his bike. Top marks for that! Superkeen! Then we ran a variation of Gullane usuals, making about nine miles which flew by with all of the chat (and none of the photos). There was little reason to carry a camera, although I seemed to specialise in properly unflattering pics today. My heart felt apologies.

After going down the Archerfields trail next to the golf course
we turned left and headed back towards Gullane

Mary led us round the edge of the greens
in a game of crazy golf

The solitary wildlife available today was a young buck who was trying to work out the friend-or-foe question while I snuck up in plain view to about 20 yards away before he bounced off. But wasn't really bothered. I kind of knew how he was feeling! Pleasant run with good company.

9 miles
