Just a wee 5 miler round and about, with Mary. Nice to see some signs of Spring.

pb: I began running just before the millennium and have always had an interest in wildlife and the outdoors. I was very competitive about running for a number of years although more recently have traded a lot of that for taking photos of butterflies, birds and scenery around Scotland and abroad on holidays.
